Testing all concrete samples according to the national and international standards
Implement safety and environment regulations
Carry out concrete physical analysis according to the plant Quality Control program;
Perform the analysis and characterization needed to check conformity of final products with the specifications.
Collect the sample for standard compliance checking.
Follow on a daily basis the results of reference sample monitoring.
Perform calibration for key equipment internally / externally.
Enter data analysis results into data base
Analyse deviations and report it
Responsible for recording of daily job results
Recommend improvements for cost reductions
Conduct tests and inspections of products, services, or processes
Daily equipment checking to keep-up performance.
Ensure the Cleanliness of working areas
المهارات
Education: Minimum High school certificate in addition to training prior to work
3 to 5-year experience in ready-mix and concrete
خبرة فنية فى معامل الخرسانة و الاسمنت
English (reading / good, writing / good)
Experience in ready-mix, concrete and cement is a must
