Position Objective:
Improve and manage manufacturing and commercial operations, establishing and driving operations goals and developing organizational structures
Responsibilities:
Allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring, and motivating staff, managing operational costs and company P&L;.
. B2B Division (Wholesale, Foodservice and Export).
Ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with vendors, hiring, and training employees, identifying business opportunities, and monitoring financial activities.
Directing business functions to assist the organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.
Uplift the efficiency of company production (operation, system) and products development.
Crafting vision to develop the business and benefits through value-chain adjacencies to minimize operational risks in business mod¯e for entire operations by identifying organic and inorganic opportunities, business modelling and conducting negotiations.
المهارات
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Food Industry, or Food technical.
Or proven work as a factory manager in a large-scale food industry factory
Relevant Experience
10-15 years in food industry
Excellent in English, speaking, reading, and writing
Prefer but not a demand, good Arabic speaking, reading and writing
Technical Knowledge / Skills:
