On behalf of a leading GCC furniture and Home Décor showroom, we are seeking Customer Service Officers who are enthusiastic with a “people-first” attitude.
You will be based in their Riyadh showroom Head Office and reporting to the Customer Service Manager.
You will supervise the Customer Service, Hospitality, Playroom, and Reception activities to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and delight.
Monitor the activities of the Reception, Playroom, and Hospitality activities to ensure that customers service on the floor meets company standards.
Monitor the Playroom and Hospitality areas.
Resolve customer complaints on the floor if required and report the same to the manager.
Monitor and track daily rosters of the customer service team to ensure that ample resources are available for mobilization.
Prepare monthly management reports for customer complaints.
Monitor the performance of the team and identify areas for improvement.
المهارات
3-5 years of experience in Customer Service
Bachelor’s degree in any major
Proven customer support or Client Service Representative experience.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
