الوصف الوظيفي • Be the voice of the customer in the product roadmap and positioning exercises • Understand each account’s processes and challenges and gather all the learnings to be the go- to person for our product. • Own the customer communication, design campaigns to drive loyalty awareness • Increase renewal rates and reduce churn • Identify customers who advocate and put out a good word via cross-sell references, case studies, webinars, etc. • Drive growth by identifying up-sell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts • Influence product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall health scores • Identify and implement tools to improve & measure the Customer success team. • Hire, Train & Mentor team members to help them progress in their individual careers المهارات تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/customer-success-director-4479016/ |
