Prepare all financial data and analysis required by the IPO advisors

and to be approved by the IPO readiness committee before

submission.

2- Create a data room for all the requirements of the IPO advisors.

3- Collect all HR data required by IPO advisor.

4- Collect all Legal data required by IPO advisor.

5- Collect all Sales & Marketing data required by IPO advisor.

6- Collect all internal audit data required by IPO advisor.

7- Participate in all meetings of IPO readiness committee.

8- Organize the data room for easy access to any information

required.

المهارات
He should hold a bachelor degree in accounting ( CPA or CMA ) is

a plus .

- Minimum 8 years of experience in financial analysis.

- English language is a must with good Arabic command .
