Civil QA/QC Engineer (For Saudi National only) Jeddah - Riyadh - Dammam

Managing the following:

1.  Preparation of Quality documents

2.  Implementation of Quality Procedures

3.  Maintenance & Periodical update of Quality documents

4.  Supervise/Inspect the Quality of work

5.  Co-ordination

Preparation of Quality documents

· Preparation of Project Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plan, Method Statement, Check List and other formats

· Prepare Daily/weekly/monthly quality report

Implementation of Quality Procedures

· Administer Non conformance

· Verification of certificates for material purchased

· Witness the test with Client as and when required

· Monitor and supervise the ongoing activities with respect to applicable standard and quality requirements

· Ensure the applicable standards and approved procedure are followed during execution of activities

Maintenance & Periodical update of Quality documents

· Maintain proper log for all Quality documents like calibration log, RFI log etc

· Control of documents like obsolete, controlled

· Maintain the equipment calibration log on regular basis

Supervise/Inspect the Quality of Work

· Ensure the works are carried out is as per specification, approved drawings & Method Statement

· Inspection as per approved Inspection & Test Plan

· Report Quality problems to Project Manager for necessary action

· Material receiving inspection

· Familiar with applicable standard such ASTM , ACI and its implementation at project

· Familiar with audit process & procedure to conduct audit to ensure implementation of QMS and approved PQP at Project

Co-ordination

· Co-ordinate with execution team, project management, Client and consultant for inspection and QC related problems

· Co-ordinate with Independent Testing Laboratory for testing.

Minimum Qualifications:

1.  Bachelors in Civil Engineering

Minimum Experience:

3-5 years’ experience in the following fields :

· Experience in QA/QC Inspection, Material Inspection, QMS etc

· ISO Lead Auditor certification will be preferred

· Knowledge of QMS

· SEC and /or Saudi Aramco Approval will be given preference
