الوصف الوظيفي 1- Planning the sales activity, which includes participation in setting goals and drawing up sales policies within the company, such as policies for products and making recommendations regarding their development and introduction of new products or services, and policies related to prices, distribution, advertising, promotion, communication with target markets, and defining the vision and strategic message. 2- Organizing sales activities, which include organizing sales efforts through developing an effective organizational structure of sales, marketing and distribution representatives and supervisors, and defining tasks for each individual. 3- Executing the sales activities that were specified in the strategic plan for the sales and marketing policies. 4- Supervising the efforts of sales, marketing, distribution and advertising men and directing them in a sound manner. 5- Coordinating sales activities with other departments such as procurement and finance. 6- Monitoring and evaluating sales activities, including: A- Determining sales areas B - Determining the paths of salesmen c- Determine sales quotas D- Receiving reports on sales activity c- Evaluate the results it has reached and take appropriate corrective measures to advance and develop the level of performance. 7- Participate in the selection and employment of salesmen in terms of analyzing and describing the work, and determining the required qualifications. 8- Determining the training needs and the type of training required for each individual. 9 - Determining effective and objective performance evaluation models to reach a logical judgment on the performance of salesmen, while following up on performance evaluation. 10- Writing contracts and agreements and laying practical foundations for pricing policies and discounts. 11- Develop sales plans and policies in cooperation with the Executive Director and senior management. 12 Establishing a database on markets, competitors, geographic regions and their distributions. 13- Studying the market share of the company and its competitors while working on raising it and increasing the company’s sales volume. 14- Constant search for new clients and continuous communication with them. 15- Participation in negotiations with agents and distributors. 16- Follow up on the after-sales service, constantly communicate with customers and respond to their requirements. 17- Submitting detailed periodic reports on the achievements and marketing problems to the senior management and the obstacles facing the department and proposals for solutions. المهارات خبرة عملية سابقة 5 سنوات كحد أدني في ادارة قسم المبيعات. القدرة على السفر عند الحاجة. مهارات مطلوب توفرها : القدرة على استخدام برامج CRM. معرفة جيدة باستخدام برنامج مايكروسوفت اوفيس. معرفة جيدة باللغة الانجليزية. القدرة على فهم وتحليل وقياس أداء قسم المبيعات. اجادة مهارات خدمة العملاء والقدرة على التفاوض بشكل ممتاز. القدرة على إدارة فريق العمل والتواصل مع الشخصيات المختلفة. امتلاك المهارات التحليلية وتقديم الحلول المناسبة للمشكلات. ___________ Job Requirements: -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (maximum) in sales, business administration or marketing. -Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management. -Ability to travel when needed. Skills Required: -Ability to use CRM software. -Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office. -Good knowledge of English.
