• Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop new business with existing client and/or identify areas of improvement.
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
• Prepare reports on account status.
• Assist with challenging client’s requests or issue escalations as needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required (demonstrated by work experience):
• Proven at least 8 years experience in same role or relevant position.
• Experience with demonstrated success in account management, business development, corporate outreach or lead generation; preferably in the Electricity/Construction industry.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
Education:
• Bachelor s Degree from an accredited institution required, Master s Degree preferred.
• Prior account management experience in an academic setting preferred
• Excellent command of English language.
