Ensure all employee administration activities are aligned to corporate policies
Work closely with managers and employees across Company to ensure employee administration needs are catered to
Support the requirement and development of HRMS to drive efficiency in HR processes across Company
Work closely with IT to support the implementation of HRMS
Oversee the development and maintenance of the payroll system and process
Manage and ensure timely administration of various benefits, employee eligibilities and other employee services activities
Verify employee requests such as business travel and ensure all expense claims are in line with Company policies
Prepare regular management reports related to employee administration such as leave, benefits availed and business travel and any other related costs
Maintain a proactive approach to improving employee satisfaction and loyalty
Oversee the maintenance of the employee induction records and personnel record systems in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
Maintain the retirement and severance process for all employees across Company
Liaise with Government and local authorities and other external agencies (i.e. pension fund, health insurance) for resolution of administrative issues
