Responsibilities:
Managing and supporting a team of Operation Monitoring IT Analyst
Establish best practices through the entire Monitoring support process
Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on team’s productivity
Monitoring team performance and developing feedback reports for management.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Managing escalations and ensuring any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Making recommendations to improve operational efficiency.

Technical skills
Hands-on experience for Oracle retail Store Inventory Management system, POS system
Hands-on Experience on IBT, Exchange, the Refund process
Hand on experience on Oracle Database, Skybot Scheduler,
Good analytical, debugging, communication skills, and ability to quickly learn new technologies
Support Experience on Fortinet VPN Client, VPN Client, Active Directory
ITIL Certified
Professional skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience as an Oracle POS and Store Inventory Management system
Prior experience in the Fashion Retail Industry
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Salary Range 10K – 14K SR
