Summary
Supervises preventive/corrective maintenance, repairs all computer controlled monitoring systems and programming of Building Management Systems, Fire Alarm Detection Systems, Pneumatic Systems in Hospital and Residential areas.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
1. Reviews work assignments, ensures optimum manpower utilization, coordinates interdepartmental joint work and establishes work priorities.
2. Coordinates all work assignments with the related departments.
3. Evaluates work requests and track its status of all equipment and systems.
4. Assures complete and safe isolation of the systems that require repair, service, or modification.
5. Establishes maintenance schedules. Maintains detailed and accurate records of maintenance operation, preventive activities and plat production.
6. Participates in the commissioning work and function tests of new equipment/systems, as related.
7. Ensures that the accomplished work meets the Hospital standard.
8. Instructs and trains personnel. Evaluates employee performance and takes action to correct deficiencies. Completes all other related administrative works as required.
9. Position may require rotation on various shifts to maintain 24-hours coverage.
10. Follows all prescribed safety procedures.
11. Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.
12. Participates in self and others’ education, training and development, as applicable.
Education
Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering or related field is required.
Experience Required
Six (6) years of related experience is required.
Other Requirements(Certificates)
* Saudi Driver’s License.
* Saudi National.
