Expected Background

You must be a software development engineer who is experienced with Agile and waterfall project teams that have delivered complex solutions using the below technology stack. You must be as comfortable in delivering UI/UX as well as the supporting backend capabilities. You must be a dynamic and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer with a track record of spearheading teams to engineer user-centric solutions for achieving efficiency and driving client satisfaction. You must be able to demonstrate team leadership and quality coding in a supportive approach. Experience in managing on-shore and off-shore team is beneficial.

Technology Stack

10+ years of proven expertise in web development languages (JavaScript, CSS/HTML/JSON)
5+ years of recent proven Java, Java Springboot and strong object-orientated development
5+ years of recent proven delivery of APIs (RESTful, SOAP, Microservices)
4+ years of strong work experience in VueJS or equivalent frameworks (ReactJS, NodeJS, Redux, AngularJS)
4+ years of experience with modern database technologies (MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB)
Strong understanding of backend and solution architecture

Required Qualifications

Academic Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any relevant field is preferable
A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any relevant field is preferable

Professional Experience

Senior Developer 5+ years of relevant experience
Team Leader 10+ years of relevant experience

Desirable Experience

MS Azure & DevOps understanding
Strong understanding of SDLC and software engineering “best practices”
Automated testing frameworks targeting unit testing & UI testing.
Expertise in load balancing and logging
Git and software version control
