Job Role:
To manage vendors contract business end-end cycle within related Business owners through applying all related regulations, policies, and processes ensuring that Riyad Bank contracts completed on time and efficient manner.
Manages external agreements through the use of standardized contracts and ensures all terms and conditions are acceptable as per company policy and that the Bank’s best interest are upheld and protected
Coordinate with Legal advisor and negotiate with business and vendor in regard articles modifications.
Responsibilities:
Ensures proper data management and integrity within contracts management including underlying IT platforms.
Custodian of contracts database.
Assists in managing external agreements through the use of supplier contracts and ensures all terms and conditions are acceptable as per company policy and that the Bank’s best interest are upheld and protected.
Drafting and reviewing vendors contract for procurement engagements.
Coordinate with legal and business owners for contracting process actions and arrangements.
Negotiatecontracts terms and conditions with the vendor and all stakeholders to ensure that contracting outcomes and commitment are alignment with policy and process.
المهارات
Saudi National.
Bachelor Degree.
Must possess initiative, think strategically and work in a team environment to implement action plans and achieve goals.
Demonstrated understanding of legal, financial and operational processes that meet company objective.
Experience in developing and managing the execution of policies and procedures.
