To assist, monitor and develop the execution of contracting process in ensuring that it is carried out in an efficient and compliance manner where the best interests of Riyad Bank is always protected.
Assists in managing external agreements through the use of supplier contracts and ensures all terms and conditions are acceptable as per company policy and that the Bank’s best interest are upheld and protected.
Drafting and reviewing vendors contract for procurement engagements.
Coordinate with legal and business owners for contracting process actions and arrangements.
Negotiatecontracts terms and conditions with the vendor and all stakeholders to ensure that contracting outcomes and commitment are alignment with policy and process.
