الوصف الوظيفي As a procurement/category specialist of food warehouse, this person will be responsible for supporting the development of entire category and to ensure good performance and improvement throughout the company organization. Responsibilities include: ▪Manage the supplier’s portfolio ▪Research on customer insights, perform market and competitor analysis, to identify demands and requirements from local market ▪Provide accurate information(market, suppliers, trend…) ▪Establish and manage a good relationship with suppliers and with internal cross-functional team ▪Conduct analysis on demand and supply for purchasing and develop buying plan for each product category ▪Coordinate the assortment demand within the different departement ▪Participate in the terms and condition negotiation with the supplier ▪Manage the daily business of his / her subcategory ▪Manage all information flows (suppliers, QA, Logistics, ) of his / her subcategory ▪Identify and respond appropriately to various problems, and ensure that issues are resolved ▪Collaborate with other functions/teams to facilitate analysis and identify process improvement/cost reduction opportunities ▪Support in forecasting trends and developing road-map for further expansion of company/ work function ▪Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level المهارات * Minimum 5-years relevant experience * Must be able to manage and maintain product database using the system * Good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements * Good communication skills (relation with suppliers, customers, internal stakeholder) * Target and result oriented * Ability to work in rapidly expanding business * Experience of working with FMCG and Food products in the SAUDI market preferred تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/food-procurment-horeca-specialist-4466268/ |
