IT Portfolio Manager

Job Description:

· Govern portfolio efforts in a Scaled Agile environment

· Oversee the achievement and risk “blockers” related to IT product deliveries

· Partner with IT Delivery Leads to develop and review lean business cases, linking business benefits to IT investments for funding and allocation requests

· Ensure Scaled Agile governance processes and decisions are applied consistently

· Oversee the creation and review of key metrics, outcomes, and reporting related to key milestones and objectives

· Support the identification/removal of barriers to delivery

· Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse leaders

· Proven experience managing effective IT governance in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and/or other agile delivery

· Experience overseeing Enterprise and large budget IT initiatives

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.

· Ensure that IT portfolio is aligned with the business, enterprise architecture and current capacity in order to avoid portfolio risks (i.e. cost problems of overspending/unnecessary spending)

· Coordinate and report to the corporate project management office “CPMO” on IT portfolio activities and updates

· Produces reports as appropriate for portfolio governance, including making recommendations for changes to the portfolio

· Raise key issues and apply proper risk management throughout the project lifecycle

المهارات
Position Requirements:

· 5+ years of experience in managing multiple information systems projects

· 2+ years of experience in an agile / scrum environment with a demonstrated appreciation for large enterprise standards

· Proven track record of managing a cross-functional process or IT delivery team in a large Enterprise environment

· Well versed with Scaled Agile Framework’s Portfolio Management methodology

· Proficient knowledge of Agile/DevOps/Program Mgmt. Lifecycle Methodologies & Standards

· Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills

· Experience working in a onsite/offshore distributed and culturally diverse work-group

· Knowledge and experience using Jira, Miro, MS Project, MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio
