الوصف الوظيفي • Ensuring all designs meet industry standards and codes • Researching and inquiring about different materials • Scheduling and delivering at skill enhancement workshops • Guiding the construction project from start to finish • Presenting project briefs once required • Understanding the clients’ requirements/preferences and environmental impacts on the construction project • Developing projects by adhering to the specified budget and timeline • Undertaking regular site visits and inspections • Research and maintain knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials. • Monitor the work of other Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required. • Provide guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications. • Liaise with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met. • Ensure the team works together to achieve set goals and targets. المهارات -Minimum 10 years posted graduate. -Senior-level Architectural experience on at least one major construction project. -An impressive portfolio and several years working as an Architect. -Excellent leadership and communication skills. -Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills. -Detail-oriented and highly analytical. -In-depth understanding of CAD, Revit software. -Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/senior-architectural-technical-office-engineer-4465145/ |
