الوصف الوظيفي - Review of Submissions such as Shop Drawing, Construction Plan & Schedule, and Calculation for the selection of Equipment etc. related with the Electrical and Special systems conforming with the Project Requirement and as per the local and authority guidelines. - Proficient in estimating and designing and draughting air conditioning and ventilation system selection as per international standards, ASHRAE, SMACNA, DW144, NFPA standards and other codes. - Hands-on experience in duct sizing, pipe sizing for plumbing, manholes, ventilation and smoke air system. - Familiar with mechanical, electrical & plumbing design across the project with skills in preparing commissioning schedules, material management. - Develop and provide complete Calculations and Technical documents of Mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting). - Proactive in identifying and solving the problems, Conflicts and errors in technical review. - Perform and provide Mechanical Design and Calculations of large-scale Projects & introduced cost savings through value engineering while maintaining the quality and technical aspects according to the clients Requirements. - An effective communicator with excellent relationship management skills and strong analytical, problem solving & organizational capabilities. المهارات -Minimum 10 years posted graduate. -Senior-level experience on at least one major construction project. -Excellent leadership and communication skills. -Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills. -Detail-oriented and highly analytical. -In-depth understanding of CAD, Revit software. -Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/senior-mechanical-technical-office-engineer-4465144/ |
