Managing the talent acquisition, learning and development, payroll, compensation and benefits, performance management, people analytics and ERP systems, and administration “government relations and general services”.
Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Oversee employees’ performance evaluation process, carry out disciplinary meetings, and recommends salary adjustments, rewards and promotions based on performance appraisals.
Plan, organize, and direct all labor related activities within the organization.
Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring.
Promote an environment of accountability with clear and defined employee responsibilities and accountabilities.
Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.

Experience in utilities, energy, petrochemicals, FMCG and other complex and dynamic
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
