Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor day-to-day platform operations in line with standard capability procedures, ensuring that all

technical components are working as expected

• Manage technology suppliers and partners in line with agreed contracts and service levels, and onboard

new users (including external partners, researchers, and entrepreneurs) onto platform

• Identify and report events / outages, and manage operational issues, incidents, and changes with

relevant stakeholders and ensure resolution

• Monitor that the platform environment follows the standard capability procedures

• Analyze and report on platform utilization, platform performance, areas of optimization / enhancement

المهارات
Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline required from well-recognized

university

• Strong knowledge of platform operations and cloud environment

• Good technical and analytical skills to identify, do root cause analysis and propose solution

• At least 7 years of platform operations experience

• Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with various internal and external

stakeholders

• Capability of quickly learning new technologies and procedures, as well as willingness to train others
