Purchasing Specialist
Job Location: Riyadh
Duties & Responsibilities :
Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors.
Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns.
Conducting research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product quality.
Conducting interviews with new vendors and informing approved vendors of their responsibilities and obligations.
Review current vendors and analyze if they meet current company needs
Cancel contracts with vendors that are no longer needed
Organize and track all documentation between the company and vendors
Resolve vendor disputes or issues quickly and efficiently
Requirements:
Need experience
Must have prefunding knowledge on hospitality products such as but not limited to hotel linen, amenities, cutleries, and overall guest supplies.
