Must be a licensed design engineer (or a PE) in either Electrical or Mechanical or Civil or Telecommunications Engineering.
Must hold Data Center relevant design consultant and operations certifications from Uptime Institute, Bicsi, CNet or EPI.

15 years of experience in planning, designing, construction supervision, and facilities management.
at least 5 years’ experience in DCF Detailed Design • at least 5 years’ experience Presales •
at least 3 years’ experience in Construction Management •
at least 3 years’ experience in DCF Operations and Maintenance
Strong presentation and proposal writing skills
Must have proficiency in English language
. Must have technical presales skills
AutoCAD skills are a must and Revit/BIM skills will be a plus
Negotiations and Project Management skills will be a plus
Arabic speaking skill will be a plus
Local experience in Saudi Arabia market will be a plus
