We are an educational technology start-up based in Saudi Arabia. We focus on providing a unique interactive learning experience through our custom-built technology for students within the K-12 age range. Our core value proposition focuses on providing live interactive courses that target 21st century skills in group-based sessions led by the best educators from all around the world.

Job Overview: We are looking for an aspiring Chief Executive Officer to supervise and control all strategic, business, and operational aspects of the startup. The CEO will first in command in the company and responsible for giving the proper strategic direction as well as managing day to day operations of the business.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Driving growth, profitability and company value

· Developing and implementing scalable and efficient strategies to ensure consistent results and exponential growth

· Attracting, retaining and developing talent

· Cultivating a high-performing and agile team culture

· Driving day-to-day operations

· Aligning resources to achieve key business goals

· Owning the operational budget and managing burn rate

· Managing competition and threats in the marketplace, with constant evaluation of the financial structure, capital strategy and strategic objectives

· Providing expert guidance to all departments, including operations, sales , education, IT and product

· Reporting updates to the Board of Directors and corporate stakeholders regarding progress on strategic goals

· Building strategic partnerships and relationships to drive growth

· Being the public champion for the business

· Establishing credibility throughout the customer and partner network

المهارات
Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years of experience leading and scaling a high growth start-up.

· Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred)

· Proven experience in P&L;Management

· Proven track record of building successful products and high performing teams from the ground up

· Prior working experience in developing digital products and solutions

· Relevant industry experience
