Strategize and deliver on key metrics including long-term revenue growth, customer value, and partner understanding of our product.
Build the local business and team (sales, marketing, customer service) and ensure the business grows to its full potential.
Identify, implement, and track KPIs to track the health of the business.
Achieve annual sales targets with P&L;responsibility.
Be client-facing in crucial client meetings while mentoring and managing the front-line individual contributors.
Leverage your industry knowledge and in-market relationships to foster growth.
Establish and develop partnerships with key strategic partners.
Develop and execute strategic B2B and B2C customer acquisition.
Regular participation in events, fairs, etc.
Build B2B and B2C customer business plans with key strategies to sustain growth.
Present business plans to senior management both internally and externally with customers.
Review and evaluate performance in achieving sales and execution objectives.
المهارات
Bachelor or master’s degree in Economics, Business sales, or marketing.
Entrepreneurial, international mindset, and a can-do, hands-on mentality.
Know what it takes to build and grow a business.
Knowledge of P&L;and budget management.
Affinity with technical products is preferred.
Excellent market knowledge, deep understanding of consumer insights.
Marketing knowledge is an advantage - e.g., how and when to use the different marketing channels for strategic partnerships.
A data-based approach and analytical skills are a must.
Imaginative and creative problem solver: a knack for recognizing great opportunities for cooperation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
