Building relationship with clients, creating sales lead, explore new opportunity
Responsible for achieving and growing total revenue including capital, disposable, and extended service sales in assigned UAE and the rest of GCC. Assists in advancing revenue and market position consistent with Company goals. Achieves deep and thorough account penetration and develops new target accounts.
Preparing Sales plan (Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly) and achieve the agreed sales target in your assigned areas
Prepare and follow daily reports with team on sales calls, client’s actions, agreement, deliveries
Attend to client’s complains and feedback in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
To ensure regular availability of stocks to serve clients’ demand and forecast.
Collect and advise the management of competitors activities, i.e.... pricing structure, packaging change, new product, competitor infrastructure, marketing policies, trade/consumer.
Responsible for complete territory analysis and planning to ensure revenue goals are achieved
Develops and manages key customer relationships. Services sales territory and interfaces with customers directly.
Serves existing and prospective customers by discovering customer needs and requirements and by meeting or exceeding their expectations.
Conducts sales presentations for new and existing customers as necessary.
Meets with customers to define product/service needs and specifications. Continuously works with customers to monitor product performance and needs.
Provides clinical training and education to customers. Assists in disseminating technical product information to customers. Assists in the development and execution of regional hospital staff training courses.
Driving profitable sales growth through effective strategies and business development.
Steering digital media strategy and designing authentic content aimed at improving engagement.
Maintains up-to-date and accurate sales records. Input data and information into CRM database.
Interfaces with marketing to quantify needs and to provide intelligence to management on competitive products and Company product enhancements.
Keeps abreast of new products in the market and of current and future Company products.
Process and monitor product complaint per company procedures.
annual sales budget & region wise monthly/yearly sales report.
As necessary, performs other duties as required.
المهارات
Requires 7+ years in medical and healthcare, preferably disposables sales
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales disposable healthcare in GCC area and globally.
Excellent communication skills and English language skills
Excellent interpersonal relations
