Knowledgeable in DESKTOP/LAPTOP hard ware issues.
Good background on LAN/WAN connectivity (IP configurations, LAN Cabling, File Sharing over the network, network printer installations and configurations, etc.).
Must have background on software installations such as Autocad, Primavera, Microsoft office, etc.
Should be able to trouble shoot software issues related to civil engineering and constructions.
Able to configure mails in Microsoft Outlook application and maintenance of the outlook files for the employees.
Have knowledge on servers.
Must be willing to work on different sites
