Lead Generation:

Work with Sales Manager to generate leads and qualify such leads.

Lead to Order

Take care of the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to order processing.

Marketing

Coordinate with Marketing Team to position GNS products and services for below-the-line marketing.

Customer Relations

Maintain healthy relations with customers throughout the life cycle - from leads to order as well as during the service delivery. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Customer relationship and communication management.
Ability to handle work and resolve issues independently.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.

Knowledge

Information technology products and services.
Familiarity with MS Excel, Power-point and CRM practices.
Basic sales process.

Abilities

Proven track of achieving sales target.
