Desired Competencies :
Must-Have
Experienced primarily in BI Domain & telecom
Experience in Telecom & with good domain knowledge (BSS & OSS).
Sound experience in managing projects in a business intelligence/DWH environment.
Experience in working with different BI tools (BO/MSTR/Tableau).
Experience in working under Requirement analysis and solution design phases related to BI projects.
Experience in working with CRM as source system.
Knowledge of different data sources (IRB, IN, Mediation, ICMS etc).
Knowledge of data warehouse software, preferably Informatica/Ab.
Effective Communicator, hard-working, team player, able to influence business users and management and provide leadership, good foresight.
Good understanding of SDLC and Agile Methodologies.
Experience managing projects in agile delivery.
Certified scrum master.
المهارات
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
Manager will be directly responsible for setting BI/DW delivery goals
Ensuring best practices are in place and being followed as it relates to DW, Business Intelligence and ETL.
Manage BI solution development activities, and ensure project teams are working on prioritized tasks.
Define project scope, objectives and requirements and own the project plan, schedule, resource management, issues and risks.
Mentor and guide staff on requirements, design, toolsets, BI expectations, and interactions with business users on specific deliverables
Lead the development of BI architecture, standards and Approach for data modelling and reporting delivery in MSTR
Capable to plan/schedule/communicate/manage time sensitive deliverables
Stakeholder management (Customer/Vendor/Project team)
