Required Team Leadership Skill Set
Manage Team of Solution Architects, managing their work allocations and deliveries.
Review and Quality approve all team deliverables ensuring they meet required quality standards and fulfil all business requirements.
Manage team deliverables ensuring meet agreed delivery timelines as defined by Project Management.
Provide leadership and guidance to team members regarding proposed designs to ensure design is align to architecture vision.

Required Technical Skill Set
Be primary technical contact to business, for all technical enquiries, requirement feasibility review and requirement impact assessment.
Accept or Reject any business requirement based technical analyses of requirement.
In collaboration with relevant stakeholders, create architectures for specific projects and change requests, including articulating the architectural vision, conceptualizing and experimenting with alternative architectural approaches, creating solution design documents, and validating the architecture against requirements and assumptions.
Required to lead solution design throughout the SDLC lifecycle, from requirement gathering through to implementation.
Responsible for Application, Data and Technology aspects of the design, including but not limited to functional design, integration design, infrastructure design and associated data design (integration, cleansing and migration)
Responsible for obtaining design approval from all stakeholders, including Enterprise Architecture, Application domain owners, Business representatives and Application Specialists.
Desired Experience Range
15+ years in IT with at least 10 years with BSS/OSS/Fixed Network telecom implementations.
