الوصف الوظيفي Strategic Duties · Participating in setting the department budget through identifying expected expenses · Defining and executing plans for development and increasing productivity · Controlling expenses and keeping it within the set budget · Raising the technical performance of the Accounting Section. Technical Duties · Monitoring and supervising all accounting practices to ensure their compliance with financial and accounting policies and procedures · Directing the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts payable and accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses, and insurance records · Maintaining and keeping proper accounting records and files, supervising expenses and managing the assets, as well as preparing and following up on accounting entries and accounts payables and other accrual expenses · Check all approved employees’ salaries and allowances in coordination with concerned entities and HR Department · Following up and supervising all bank activities such as deposits and bank loans, as well as follows up on the implementation of receivables and payables operations · Supervising the expenses in coordination with the applied cash management policy · Monitoring all suppliers and clients purchasing invoices and bank statements on the system · Conducting studies and submits recommendations for enhancing the company’s accounting operation General Administrative Duties · Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates for reviewing progress and work flow, discussing their suggestions and taking suitable actions accordingly. · Preparing periodic reports with respect to the activities and achievements to be submitted to the direct supervisor for review. · Specifying manpower requirements according to the recruitment and selection system and as per the human resources planning practices at the company. · Identifying training needs of subordinates and evaluating the outcomes of the training courses in coordination with the concerned personnel in the Human Resources department. · Following-up employee affairs including vacations, leaves …etc · Conducting performance appraisals for subordinates according to scheduled plans and recommending necessary actions as per the applied practices at the company · Performing any other duties related to his/her job as assigned by the Direct Supervisor المهارات Minimum 6 years of experience in related field Professional Knowledge in Accounting and Financial Theories and Principles https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/chief-accountant-4458584/ |
