My client is currently looking for a Design Manager for a mega project based in Riyadh, KSA. The project itself is part of the 2030 vision and is funded by the Saudi Gov. The role will be based in Riyadh but if the candidate is currently based in the UAE, will start from there.
The design manager will be expected to keep the design intent from the concept stages into post contract and make sure the asthetics and concepts match those originally planned. In light of this, we are looking for someone who lives and breathes design and can act as the gatekeeper of design intent and make sure the project runs smoothly
Requirements :
• 15+ years of experience (Min. 5 in GCC)
• Site based role.
• Sector experience in Public Realm design; Hospitality & Leisure, Retail.
• Proven track record managing multiple contracts.
• Must come from a strong conceptual design background.
• Must be comfortable managing the design aesthetic intent of various architectural elements in a public domain development.
