Our client is a market leader in unifying corporate, non-profit, and governmental sectors is seeking a proactive Sales Manager. Based in Riyadh head office, you will report to the Senior Business Development Manager.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base, and ensures it has a strong presence.
You will reach out to clients to help manage the business process, set and meet client expectations, and deliver according to budget.
Provide solutions that are above and beyond the client’s expectations.
Source client and close the sales.
Demonstrate knowledge of job relevant issues, products, systems, and processes.
Develop specific goals, and plans to prioritise, organise, and accomplish your work.
Build, and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Analyse information and evaluate result to choose the best solution to solve problems.
Keep senior management updated with regards to relevant information whether verbally, reporting or presentations,
Improve services, develop, design, and create new applications, ideas, relationship, systems or products, including artistic contribution.
Represent the organisation to potential clients, the public, and the government sector.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Business Administration, or Marketing.
3 to 6 years in a related field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented.
Demonstrated leadership, and organizational skills.
Able to prioritize effectively and manage deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Good research, planning, and reporting skills.
Strong knowledge of project principles, and tools to aid the success of projects.
Critical thinking, and problem-solving.
Excellent presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Proficient in English and Arabic.
