Summary
Under direct supervision, maintains records relating to the financial transactions of the Hospital and processes these transactions .
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
1. Maintains and updates the Chart of Accounts in the General Ledger System .
2. Prepares journal entries to the General Ledger System; verifies posting of various entries in the system.
3. Compiles expenditures for each cost center
4. Assists in the preparation of financial reports.
5. Reconciles bank statements with the General Ledger balances .
6. Reconciles balance sheet accounts (assets , liabilities, bank statements, prepaid vendors, etc .).
7. Maintains suitable filing system for all reference documents in the area of responsibility.
8. Assists in the implementation of policies and procedures for accounting and finance functions.
9. Participates in Self & Hospital’s Quality improvement plan preferred.
10. Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.
11. Participates in self and others education , training and development, as applicable.
Education
Master s or Bachelor s Degree in Administrative Sciences major in Accounting or other related discipline is required.
Experience Required
One (1) year of related experience with Master s Degree or three (3) years of related experience with Bachelor s Degree required.
Other Requirements(Certificates)

-- English proficiency required.
-- Saudi national preferred.
