الوصف الوظيفي
VAS technology requirement:

1. Familiar with linux, Database, Virtualization;

2. Familiar with hardware like server,storage, lanswitch;

3. Have basic understanding about telecom .

4. Have basic understanding about SMSC or Charging system or CRM system;

Tasks includes and not limited to:

1. Troubleshooting/Corrective Maintenance and ticket Handling related to VAS, BSS technology.

2. Escalation, close coordination and constant follow-up with GTAC & L3 support.

3. Provides technical trainings or case studies to FO engineers as required by management.

4. Coordinates and work with other L2/BO/TAC engineers from other xNOCs in resolving complex issues related to VAS,BSS.

5. Configuration management, acceptance of new sites and services related to virtual and physical nodes.

6. Perform health check especially for key events.

7. Change Management, Performs software update/upgrade for access elements whenever necessary. Plan, and execute the configuration changes.

8. Perform nonscheduled PMRs on network elements to ensure network safety.

9. Routinely assessing the changes on devices by compliance reports.

10. Generates Weekly/Monthly/Annual reports related to BSS, VAS.

11. Faulty hardware Replacement activates.

12. RFC preparation which includes risks assessments and activity configuration including roll back steps.

13. Data Network Inventory monthly/quarterly.

14. Ensures network safety through constant monitoring of elements.

15. On demand scripting related to ansible and operations task.

16. Coordination with design and implementation for new integration in network.
