Job Purpose:
The position is responsible for creating ongoing activities that promote the company and its products; and accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, implementing sales plans, and managing staff.
Key Responsibility:
Planning & Monitoring
Annual budget preparation with Commercial Manager (Targets etc.)
Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and team management.
Assist Commercial Manager in product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy.
Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long term sales and earnings.
Manage marketing budget as per plans.
Expand and develop marketing platforms.
Dispatch Planning
Monthly plan demand of clients.
Overlook the execution of the day-to-day departmental plans to ensure efficient delivery.
Business Development
Attend conferences and engage in other social events with the purpose of business growth.
Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.
Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future activity and results.
Create marketing presentations as and when required.
Analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
Establish and maintain relationship with industry influencers and strategic partners.
Manage and coordinate all marketing and promotional staff and activities.
Coordinate sales distribution by establishing objectives and goals.
Team Management
Staff, train and evaluate performance of team members.
Participate in the selection and orientation of department employees.
Engage in conflict resolution as and when required to ensure staff satisfaction.
Undertake other miscellaneous activities to support department members.
Reporting
Review and present monthly, quarterly and yearly Sales Report to Commercial Manager.
Monitor, review and report all marketing activity, ROI and sales results.
Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity.

Qualifications and Experience:
‒ Bachelors Business Management or Marketing
With 4-7 years relevant experience
