الوصف الوظيفي · Ensures that products or services provided are in accordance with customer and company Quality requirements. · Provides Quality Systems leadership using the ISO 9001 Standard as the basis for process development and optimization, review and update procedures, forms and documents along with the development of new documents as per system requirements, data collection, reporting, internal auditing, arrangement of management review meetings and Quality Systems trainings. · Develops and maintains Quality Policy, Processes, Procedures, forms and related documents. · Reviews & updates Quality Manuals, documents, and implementation procedures to verify compliance with industry codes and standards, regulations and regulatory commitments. · Conducts audits to assure compliance with standards, contract requirements, and applicable codes, specifications and drawings, including but not limited to: Design, Engineering, Estimating, Procurement, Project Controls, Vendor/Subcontractor selection. · Promotes safety awareness including adhering to safety rules and requirements. Participates, as needed, in safety field audits and assessments. · Provides leadership role as a quality system professional in implementation of the existing Quality systems, procedures, and related quality activities. · Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. المهارات · Substantial experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance for management and Specialist Positions. · Good knowledge of project Quality Management Systems. · Good knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management System Standard with ability to develop, enhance and implement strategies. · Ability to conduct internal audits of ISO 9001-2015. · Ability to develop new procedures and forms as required. · Ability to liaise with the Client’s Quality Control Department. · Ability to arrange and conduct employee’s annual evaluation. · Ability to arrange and conduct management review meetings. · Able to apply quality tools and techniques. · Knowledge of Incident Investigation and Root cause analysis techniques. · Knowledge of all Safety and health statutes including construction, plant Safety, general industry, as well as industry standards. · Ability to apply principles of measurement and analysis to evaluate Health & Safety performance. · Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/qa-qc-manager-4454002/ |
