1. Provide Direction and Guidance to the PMO Department.

2. Formal Acceptance of Project Deliverables OR Milestones.

3. Resolve Proj ect Conflicts and Issues.

4. Final Authority on Scope Changes and Process Definitions.

5. Establish risk tolerances & Limits.

6. Play active role in Monitor & Control Projects and Resources.

7. Working with Vendors & doing Resource Planning.

8. Collaborate with management, customer and internal teams to help ensure .achievement ofthe project goals and objective
