الوصف الوظيفي • Direct and monitor the production process • Pay special attention to seasonal availability of all the items. • To ensure that all staff are constantly trained to effect good portion control and pleasing final product. • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations. • Coordinates production with maintenance department to ensure that maintenance problems are promptly reported to minimize downtime. • To ensure that attendance registers are kept daily, and that any absenteeism is reported to management without delay. • Implement safety and sanitation guidelines; investigates all accidents and completes required documentation • To ensure that all staff are dressed correctly to satisfy statutory requirements as well as enhancing the image of the establishment. • Resolve problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality • Ensure product standards and quality are met. • collaborate with the quality department to monitor the various aspects of food processing to ensure final product meets set specifications. • Ensure related health & safety guidelines are followed to avoid action that endangers health and well-being. • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment to ensure smooth work operations • Implement safety precautions in operating equipment • Keep regular check on the configuration of machines and its system to ensure that the targeted volume of production is met • Ensure that the targeted volume of production is met. • Ensure work-in-process inventory is safe and secure. • Ensure complete discipline in the work area. • Ensure the prescribed hygiene requirement of staff is maintained • Ensure area and equipment is kept clean and tidy regularly • Recommend personnel actions such as hiring, training needs and promotions • Enter the daily tally sheets for production reporting • Safeguard production and other reports • To constantly update his knowledge and skills for the good of the establishment. • Other duties as may be assigned.
