الوصف الوظيفي 2. Follow-up with site people for all expenses and time sheet (attentance) and send to ‘Direct Manager’ for approval. 3. Enter all expenses on ERP as per cost category as per the budget. 4. Send Invoice documents to finalize on-time. 5. Follow-up on: Purchasing, Payments Orders, pO’s. 6. Writing letters, sending faxes and do follow-ups. 7. Collecting all reports from site & escalate if not sent. 8. Project Documentations / filing. 9. Any other work request from direct manager. 10. Cash settlements. I 11. Manage meetings (Prepare Agenda, MOM, Send Invitations). 12. Travel (within KSA) if required. 13.
