Summary
Plans, directs,organizes and coordinates the overall activities and functions of TalentAnalytics to achieve its mission, goals and objectives and to enhance itsexisting systems, process, and productivity.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
1- Developsinnovative, creative, and high-impact Talent Analytics strategies and programsthat drive outstanding organizational performance.
2- Collects and analyzes information from various sources and interpretpatterns and trends.
3- Responsible for developing andimplementing strategic integrated Talent Analyticsprograms and processes to attract, develop, retain, and utilize people withrequired skills and aptitude to meet current and future business needs.
4- Performs and provides guidanceon work analysis and measurement studies, and develops recommendations on theneed for, and utilization of personnel.
5- Leads applyingstate-of-the-art techniques and evidence-based manpower development strategiesin assessing the operational requirements.
6- Identifies Talent Strategyprocesses that can be enhanced through the use of technology-based solutions.
7- Leads determining the adequatelong and short term staffing level needs within the Organization.
8- Sets Organization-wide Talent Analyticsstandards to reduce/avoid costs and to deliver positive business value throughbetter management of the workforce.
9- Coordinates with other HumanCapital (HC) entities to emphasize Talent Analytics processes to achieve its goals and objectives.
10- Aligns Talent Analytics objectives with HC goals toprovide positive operational outcomes.
Education
Master s or Bachelor s Degreein Management Information Systems, Human Resource Management, BusinessAdministration, or other related discipline is required.
Experience Required
At least nine (9) years withMaster s, or eleven (11) years with Bachelor s Degree of related StrategyManagement or Human Resources Development experience including four (4) yearsin a senior or supervisory capacity is required.
Other Requirements(Certificates)
•
Certified Human Resources Programs and/or Professional (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, HCI) or any equivalent certificates is preferred.

Strong leadership skills and proven ability todrive organizational change.
