Summary
Coordinates and communicates data analysis and collectionefforts to promote data-driven, Talent Analytics decisions across theOrganization.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
1. Drafts and complies date reports and other analyticaltools to support the Department s strategy in making data-driven decisions thatserves the Organization.
2. Manages and improves existing Talent Analytics reportingsystems by reviewing, developing process, flows and data collection.
3. Performs complex data analyses to produce executivesummaries and detailed reports for higher management for Talent Analyticsfunctions.
4. Conducts, facilitates, educates and trains on, analyses,issues identification, organizational risk assessment, and decision-makingprocesses pertaining the organization talents.
5. Utilize statistical and analytical methodologies toperform analysis to test the reliability and validity of related data asassigned.
6. Analyzing data and available information to determineroot causes and introduce some solutions to overcome the issue/s pertaining theorganization talents.
7. Works closely with all Human Capital teams to developstrategy for long term data platform architecture in regards to the assignedfunction.
Education
Bachelor s Degree or Associate Degree/Diploma in ManagementInformation system, Computer Science, Mathematics or other related disciplineis required.
Experience Required
Three (3) years of related experience with Bachelor s orfive (5) years with Associate Degree/Diploma is required.
