Summary
Performs a variety ofmanpower planning tasks and assists in staffing level assessment and thedevelopment of the short-term and long-term departmental/master annual manpowerplans.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
Participates in studies, analysis and evaluationof recommendations relative to the manpower planning.
Assists in develop systematic methodology incalculating and determining requested positions the workforce needed foroperational and strategic projects, programs, expansions and goals.
Assists in preparing long-term strategicworkforce plan and ensure alignment with the organization Vision, Mission, andstrategic objectives.
Assess the current workload, define and analyzerelevant work measurements and determine the needed Workforce across the organizationalentities.
Assists in preparing and developing of Hospital smaster Annual Manpower Plan.
Assess and analyze trade-off, re-align, deleteand create positions requests based on operational review and staffinganalysis.
Assists in preparing reports for management onthe total number of manpower and positions detailing the vacancies, grades,within the Hospital with high standards in terms of accuracy and quality.
Assists in the development of the Department sInternal Policies and/or Procedures
Follows all Hospital s relatedPolicies and Procedures.
Participates in self andothers’ education, training and development, as applicable.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education
Master s or Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources Management, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering or other related discipline is required.
Experience Required
Grade 09:
One (1) year of related experience with Master s, or three (3) years with Bachelor s Degree is required.
Grade 10:
Three (3) years of Manpower Planning experience with Master s, or five (5) years with Bachelor s Degree is required.
Other Requirements(Certificates)
Saudi National Only.
