Summary
Monitors HITA infrastructure to identify events and problems, for logging these issues, and for escalating them as necessary based on the nature of the problem.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
1.Performs effective monitoring, alerting, and consistent tracking in effort to prevent events from occurring.
2.Manages and monitor the internet data usage of KSFH&RC;staff.
3.Logs and document events and support troubleshooting of issues on a 24/7 basis.
4.Logs and document network related events and problems.
5.Takes necessary actions to resolve events and problems and escalates to the appropriate stakeholders as necessary.
6.Follows prescribed system safety and security procedures of computing environment.
7.Participates in self & others’ education, training and development, as applicable.
8.Follows all hospital related policies and procedures.
9.Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education
Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline is required.
Experience Required
One (1) year of related experience with Bachelor s Degree, or three (3) years of related experience with Diploma is required.
