الوصف الوظيفي
Represent companies in selling goods and services. Build and maintain relationships with customers, understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
Understand customer needs and concerns and provide potential solutions. Demonstrate, explain and sell the company’s goods and services. Work with the company’s technical teams to provide tailored product or service solutions.
Identify potential customers for the company’s goods and services. Follow up leads and arrange visits.
Visit conventions and similar industry events to demonstrate the company’s goods and services. Build new leads and broaden the company’s customer base.
Visit existing and new customers to sell the company’s goods and services.
Maintain relationships with existing customers. Follow up with them to address concerns and identify potential for further cross-selling or up-selling.
تمثيل الشركات كمندوب لبيع السلع والخدمات، وتكوين علاقات مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها، وفهم احتياجاتهم وتوفير الحلول المناسبة.
فهم احتياجات العملاء وشواغلهم، وتقديم الحلول المحتملة، وعرض سلع وخدمات الشركة، وتقديم شروحات حولها، وبيعها، والعمل مع الفرق الفنية بالشركة لتقديم حلول خدمات أو منتجات مخصصة.
تحديد العملاء المحتملين لسلع وخدمات الشركة، ومتابعتهم وترتيب الزيارات معهم.
زيارة المؤتمرات والفعاليات المشابهة في المجال، لعرض سلع الشركة وخدماتها، والتقارب مع عملاء محتملين جدد، وتوسيع قاعدة عملاء الشركة.
زيارة العملاء الحاليين والجدد بغرض بيع سلع الشركة وخدماتها.
الحفاظ على العلاقات مع العملاء الحاليين، ومتابعتهم لمعالجة شواغلهم، وتحديد الفرص المحتملة فيما يتعلق ببيع الكماليات أو بيع المنتجات الأغلى للعملاء.
