الوصف الوظيفي Senior Civil Quantity Surveyor minimum 10 years of practical experience in high rise buildings and towers , Preferably with contracting companies . Job Description . 1-Preparation of detailed quantity take offs , prepares the packages and communicates them to Procurement . 2-Oversee accurate and detailed BOQ especially for re-measured contracts . 3-Preparation of all payment applications and variations of the main contract and subcontractors / suppliers. 4-Assists in the preparation of the commercial part of claims and reports. 5-Studies the subcontractors / suppliers payments and variations status. 6-Rewies and relies to all correspondences regarding payments and variations with subcontractors / suppliers. 7-Provides assistance to operations in the substation and documentation of variation orders and claims. 8-Regularly updates the Commercial Manager on the progress of works . المهارات Key Skills . 1-Becholer Degree in Civil Engineering. 2-A good knowledge in preparation of IPC and Subcontract payments . 3-A good knowledge in preparation of claim and variation orders . 4-A good working knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to learn how to use specialist software. 5-The ability to work in a team تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/senior-civil-quantity-surveyor-4450661/ |
