Senior IT Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
· Software installation, commissioning, integration, and testing of systems such as IP PBX, IP telephony, IPTV, access points, LAN/WAN systems, switches, routers, storage and security, data center, audio & video conferencing, etc.

· Software installation and maintenance of mobile apps server and clients.

· Solution design, presentation, technical clarifications, and approvals of Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, IoT, HMS, Paging system, Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics. 

· Conduct site survey/inspection.

· Deliver against deployment and maintenance targets.

· Perform hardware and software quality checks.

· Diagnose and resolve faulty hardware and software issues.

· Assist engineers and technicians in resolving technical issues.

· Acceptance test with the clients.

· Follow the QHSE standards of the company.

المهارات
· Understanding of IT products such as IP PBX, IPTV, IP Telephony, audio & video conferencing, access points, LAN/WAN systems, switches, routers, storage and security, data center, mobility solutions, mobile apps, etc.

· High-level knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, IoT, HMS, Paging system, Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics.

· Know-how of QHSE standards.

· Problem-solving skills, team worker, enthusiastic and positive attitude in day-to-day activities.

· Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
