الوصف الوظيفي

- Operate and maintain the systems by ensuring proper backup and periodic maintenance

- Deploy new desktop PCs and maintain old ones.

- Fix, diagnose or isolate problems with network, PCs, terminals, and all peripherals.

- Initiate and follow-up on orders for computer parts needed for maintenance.

- Assist users with proper operations of computers, equipment, and software systems.

- Train and advise users in general usage and operation of computer equipment.

المهارات

- Training on windows operating system environmentand MS desktop products.

- Experience in networking domain environmentand business applications and general knowledge in servers hardware & Software.

- Good Communication Skills

- Good English Language
