الوصف الوظيفي § Contribute to the development of FSD strategy by developing and recommending a strategy for key accounts sales and manage the development and execution of action plans that ensure timely and efficient business development for Sunbulah products. § Execute the marketing strategy and plan through assisting in marketing and PR initiatives, by conducting market visits and developing innovative approaches to create awareness and increase visibility of Sunbulah brands in the market. Direction of Subordinates § Manage key accounts sales function team by setting functional plans, organizing work activities, monitoring performance versus plan to ensure that work activities are carried out efficiently and in a procedurally compliant manner. § Managing account teams assigned to each client and providing on-going motivation and guidance to successfully manage key accounts and increase Sunbulah’s sales revenue. Leadership and Development § Ensure that the key accounts sales function employees receive adequate training and development courses, in coordination with HR teams, using effective methods such as demonstrations, on-the-job training, technical courses, workshops, etc. to meet employees’ training needs, minimize mistakes and achieve sales targets. Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports § Lead the development of the key accounts sales function policies, systems, processes and procedures to ensure the consistent application and ease of operations for subordinates. § Review reports submitted by key accounts sales function employees and prepare final reports for function head and relevant stakeholders, highlighting major accomplishments, issues and actions that were taken against them. Budget § Manage the preparation and consolidation of the key accounts sales function budget and ensure that activities and team expenditures are within the allocated budget for Sunbulah products to control costs and enhance products profitability. Key Accounts Relationship Management § Develop and strengthen relationships with key accounts through making regular visits to clients to facilitate consumer and sales acquisition and align efforts to position Sunbulah as the most preferred supplier for food products retail. § Lead the analysis and understanding of key accounts businesses, procurement process and buying criteria to manage the entire sales cycle including client profiling, account planning, lead generation and after-sales services to ensure coordinating client-related activities efficiently. § Understand key accounts’ requirements and problems and anticipate clients’ needs to communicate and organize cross-functional solutions to ensure addressing key accounts’ requirements and resolving problems efficiently. § Coordinate and communicate with Sunbulah internal teams (e.g. production, distribution, etc.) on a regular basis ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed on upcoming demand to ensure a standardized level of service and maintain clients’ satisfaction. § Contribute to creating and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, strategic partners and sponsors of Sunbulah, to ensure expanding Sunbulah’s network and making viable capital investments. Sales Forecasts § Assist in setting the sales master plan for Sunbulah by setting the sales plan for key accounts with the sales and operations planning (S & OP) team to ensure accurate demand planning and maintaining healthy working capital and positive cash flow in Sunbulah. § Contribute to Sunbulah sales forecast by forecasting key accounts sales and demand, in cooperation with marketing teams, and plan business development activities to ensure the continuity of sales process and achieve sales objectives. § Forecast and plan the requirements of sales employees to cover sales operations with key accounts to ensure that the available resources are sufficient to achieve sales targets. New Clients Selection and Management § Contribute to the identification, evaluation and selection of new potential clients for Sunbulah products to ensure attaining viable business leads and capitalizing on new business opportunities. Deals Planning and Closing § Manage planning, preparing and releasing deals and contracts for Sunbulah key accounts to ensure timely and accurate documents and proposals are prepared for securing deals. § Check on the follow up on client deals in accordance with deal agreements and commitments to ensure that all deals are closed in a timely manner and according to contract specifications. Sales Management § Contribute to the development and implementation of all acquisition initiatives in the business development function to contribute to the revenue plan and achieve the agreed revenue targets § Monitor and improve sales processes to key accounts to ensure the adequate use of Sunbulah sales resources and assets and minimize waste in time. Contract Management § Lead the process of formulating, negotiating and finalizing contracts and agreements with Sunbulah clients and stakeholders by proposing and attaining the most advantageous terms on contracts to ensure preserving Sunbulah’s best interest and profit. § Manage the process of archiving and documenting legal contracts and deals to resolve any disputes that may arise, to the best advantage of the Sunbulah and achieve an amicable solution and settlement. Market Analysis and Business Intelligence § Gather and document information and intelligence on new and existing markets, competitors and general business development from clients and key account managers to ensure the execution of suitable marketing plans. § Support the business development team in conducting market research and analysis, to stay abreast of overall market trends and requirements and enable the identification of potential partners and clients. Safety, Quality & Environment § Ensure that key accounts sales function teams apply and monitor safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products and a responsible environmental attitude.
