A leading Group of Companies is actively recruiting for HR Generalist to be based in Riyadh, KSA.

المهارات
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Organizational Development or Learning Development experience is a MUST
2 – 3 years proven experience as an HR Generalist.
BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field.
Open to any nationality.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Aptitude in problem-solving.
Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.
