A growing multinational pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting for a Sales Manager to be based in Riyadh, KSA.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the business performance of promotional products in his/her territory while ensuring that the promotion fosters appropriate use and adheres to local regulatory and pharma code regulations.
Key aspects of the role include:
Ensure a balanced promotion of products with adherence to local regulatory and pharma code requirements by all team members.
Drive sales and market share target achievements by maximizing the number of appropriate patients that receive company products.
Ensure the definition and flawless execution of team sales account plans based on the local expert engagement plan, while ensuring to:
Develop, implement, and follow up of customer engagement plans, using all available channels
Coach, inspire, develop, and manage the team (according to sales calls and business decision taking) to provide high quality outcome
Provide feedback from the field to internal stakeholders to optimize strategic decision making.
المهارات
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Candidates based in KSA only.
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy; MBA is a plus
Have a minimum of 6-8 years’ sales experience primarily from Pharmaceuticals Industry
Experience in Respiratory, Diabetes or Cardiovascular is preferred
Proven ability to build strong partnerships with the business, operations, technology and other key stakeholders is required.
Requires a good understanding and theoretical knowledge in a subject area, requires a blend of formal knowledge and experience, understands how tasks are structured, how the business is organized and external best practices.
Has an impact in the business through provision of valued added perspectives or advisory services in support of decision making.
